USC Reports Marqise Lee Violated No Rules

USC announced today that it sent a cease-and-desist letter to a Miami autograph collector selling Marqise Lee’s autograph. Lee signed some autographs while in Miami at the BCS title game for an individual he thought was “a fan and collector.”

Lee was not paid. Some of the autographs are now for sale online. “I believed that the individual who asked me to sign the photos was a fan and collector,” Lee said. “I did not ask to be paid, I was not offered anything, I did not get anything and I did not authorize my autographs to be sold.”
