Scott is onto something. I think that if Kiffin thought the INTs, fumbled snaps, assorted other errors would be equal, Kiffin would opt for a slightly lower completion percentage, bigger arm, and greater preference for downfield throws over a higher completion percentage.
But does Kiffin think that the INTs, fumbled snaps, and errors will be equal?
Does either read defenses better, or go through progressions faster and better? (Will either even have the authority to change plays at the LS, based on an unexpected look?)
Is either more cognizant of down and distance, and better at making quick decisions based on that?
