More From Marqise Lee

The star wide receiver spoke for the first time since his injury and said he is “solid. 100 percent back. Kiffin wanted me to wear a yellow (non-contact) jersey. Not me.”

Lee said he was initially worried when he bruised his shoulder: “I was scared for a moment.”

Lee said he and the quarterbacks are still trying working out issues on deep passes.

“We’re kind of not on the same page,” he said.

Lee said USC’s secondary, especially cornerback Anthony Brown, are doing better against him: “They’re doing a great job compared to past years against me.”

I don’t know about you guys, but I really like this kid. Hes got balls of steele.

Kessler and Wittek: get on the same page, like pronto, so this kid can do his thing against Hawaii. FTFO Lee!

Kind of hard to get Lee on the same page with the QB when he is jumping back and forth between QB’s.. Wish Kiffin would pick someone so they can build that comfort with one another..
