With the quarterback decision looming, here’s a question. Do you think if Jim Mora were at USC, he would have handled it the same? Or would he have made a decision sooner? Or later?

Does this even have any relevance?

Man I would visit this blog so much more than once a week if someone else were running it.
Bring up some interesting topics. Thank god this blog is free.

    • All the trOXans say the same thing… But they all show up every day and gobble up his posts like skittles!!!

      Hmm what does that mean???

  • Stu Azole

Of course he’d have settled it already. He’s a man, Lane’s a boy.

Here’s the answer on most USC fans’ minds. We don’t give a damn what the UCLA coach would have done.

      Seriously, who cares?

Is this the same alternate universe where Supreme Leader Mitt Romney rules America with an iron fist?

Because the Obama administration has proven to be sooo much better…

      • WEB_Dupree

Well, in the alternate universe, all Americans are required to begin their day by watching a “Donny and Marie” re-run. Consider that!

My gosh the 50th anniversary of ‘Whack Jack’ is looming…..why? If only…..gone are the days….

      • WEB_Dupree

No, in the alternate universe, JFK lost to Nixon in 1960, after Nixon fired up America with his campaign promise to destroy the moon before the Russians could get to it.

Really? If Jim Mora were at USC … Do you think you would bash him as much as you do Kiffin?

  • Bill

Since neither has pulled away from the other, just pick one and make the other the punter! Just be sure to keep your balls inflated!

    • TrojanFamily

Chuckles-Bill, you somehow get dumber by the post

    • TrojanFan

Hey Bill, can you order the new breakfast platter with extra bacon?

      PS….your post was LAME!!

Convinced Kiffen is avoiding the decision. Indecisive.
Doesn’t want to deal with Witek’s reaction and possible transfer when he chooses Kessler.

    Apples to oranges.

In Mora’s case, there was a HUGE gap between Hunley and Neuheisel / Miweard. Mora even stated he wanted to name a starter by the end of spring practice, but he didn’t declare the starter until midway in summer camp.

In our case, it’s a pretty tight race and I think Mora would’ve put it off until there was a clear winner as well.

I would respond to this stupid inquiry except I cannot afford to take away one minute from my daily meditation.

    WoW…what a question!

  • ted

I think kiffin wants to name Kessler but worried that Wittek might is a tough call as Kessler seems to have done better in camp but Kessler just looks like a D 1 QB. I think you platoon the two QB so you can keep both! Either way I think before the year is out Browne is the starter.

Scottie: no “fair” coach would have made the decision earlier. At USC the players compete for starting jobs. If nobody steps-up as a clear leader then you continue the competition. Personally I believe we (Kiffin) needs to see each QB under game conditions before naming a starter.

Hey helen, you seem to be feeling the pulse of this team. How many baskets do you think Lee will score in the first game?

  • TrojanFan

Hey wolfman, at has to be one of your most lame a$$ posts EVER!!!
