Former Maryland Point Guard Pe’Shon Howard Cleared To Transfer By NCAA

Pe’Shon Howard is allowed to transfer to USC and be immediately eligible after the NCAA approved his hardship transfer from Maryland. Last season Howard averaged 3.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.

Point guard is a position of concern so new USC coach Andy Enfield obviously wanted him for that reason.
