Yes, freshman tailback Ty Isaac got one carry for four yards. So apparently he will not be redshirting. An interesting move to insert him into the game with Silas Redd coming back. Hopefully this isn’t a repeat of George Farmer losing his redshirt year in 2011.

George can redshirt THIS year – and take it while he’s injured…so actually Kiffin gave him will give him this year back with all his awful planning. lol!

I knew this post was coming the minute I saw Isaac carry the ball. Wolfie has gotten more predictable than Kiffin. Like Jj said, having a redshirt year to burn worked out pretty well for Farmer.
I get the feeling that when recruiting some of these 5 stars, Kiffin promises them that they will not be redshirted.
