USC Morning Buzz

HALLIDAYWashington State quarterback Connor Halliday is not afraid to express his opinion and he did not endorse USC using two quarterbacks in the first two games.

“Figure out who the guy’s going to be going into week one, and throw all your chips in with him so that quarterback feels like he has trust from the coaching staff and trust from the 105 guys around him,” Halliday said. Story link here.

  1. A little cocky dickwad but he has a pt. throw support 105% behind Wittek and let’s roll forward.

  2. Not cool man. You don’t throw previous WSU players under the bus. His alumni network just lost some connections.

    • Trojans better bring their A game and from the start, If Wazoo gets some swagger and momentum look out.

      • wazoo is bad. Auburn is bad. USC is bad…on offense so far (save for the run game. Who knows what will happen.

  3. Apparently, Leach did not inculcate the Bill Belichick guidelines for player interviews. Probably not to be expected, given Leach’s fascination with pirates (a fascination somewhat lost on me…but each to his own).

It’s going to be a tough game for USC’s defense.

I’m curious whether Kiffin will show up with some surprises on offense. That would be refreshing.
