What’s Next For Jim Mora, A Sombrero?

MORA

UCLA coach Jim Mora looks like he is saying “Fight On” at the Oaks Christian-Chaminade game. But would he wear a sombrero if he goes to the Sun Bowl?

  1. Looks like Coach Mora is hoping to join the Trojan Family. Fight On, Coach! You’ll make it across town one day!

  2. Hey, Scottie. why are you hating on sombreros? Isn’t it National Hispanic Heritage Month?….oh…you’re hating on Kiffin?….I see…

  3. So it was Mora behind the cardinal and gold UCLA shirt. “Sign of the Apocalypse” – Daily News headline 2020 –

    California Declares Bankruptcy,
USC to aquire UCLA campus in bailout offer!

    • At least you don’t have to worry about Kitten jumping to the NFL, maybe to Manhatten Beach Middle School!

      • And as long as Megan’s Law still exists, as well as your restraining order, the kids at Manhattan Beach Middle School are safe….

  4. Jim Mora is the perfect College Football Coach, and the way he is building that Team from the inside out the way it should to be done, tells me that Bruin Fans are in for something special. The UCLA Football program has been underachieving since the day Terry Donahue retired and have suffered from poor administrative decisions. I always knew the day they hired a real Football Coach that program would take off and that’s exactly what’s happening over there.

    • Fred, you exemplify the type of classy SC friends and alums I grew up with in L.A. Like most Angelenos, my family has loyalties on both sides. It’s a great rivalry, which has been dominated by SC for a loooong time. Hopefully, now, the Bruins can keep it competitive. Classy stuff.
