Andy Enfield Holds First Practice

ENFIELD
Today was the first official workout for new basketball coach Andy Enfield at USC. Expectations are apparently low this season. USC is picked to finish 10th by Athlon’s, 10th by Lindy’s and 12th by The Sporting News in the Pac-12.

  1. wow! that’s an intimidating group!!! who’s that in the back, Johnny English??

    (chortle)

they remind me of the team from the Dr J Classic movie “the Fish That Saved Pittsburg”!!!

as you recall that’s the game where the opposing team of bullies was led by Kareem and Dr J did about 28 straight dunks to win the game.

  2. Enfield is starting from scratch, but the guy has a vision that will be realized in a few years.

Afterall, it only takes 3 studs and a few journeymen to make up a championship basketball team

    • A vision that would be met by the succeeding coach, except for scholarship restrictions… He is either going to be a joke or if he can get the bunch of losers to .500, he will step up to coaching basketball at Cal State Northridge!

  3. Hope Enfield will surprise people and be competing at an elite level soon. I think he will.
