Hey Wolfie, did you notice who is not on that list? Mike Riley, 85-68 (.556). He’s on your list though.

I have a feeling the scholarship reduction blog posts are a thing of the past. I see a new trend developing. 40 posts per week on the head coaching search. 2 posts per week on the USC football team and the next opponent.

Nothing has changed. If only Haden could fire Wolfie at 3am.

    • Stu Azole

yet you’re still here, giving Wolfie the clicks he needs to make fat stacks!

      • Henry Bibby

Yeah, you’re right. I am keeping Wolfie employed and increasing his paycheck. If I left, he would lose clicks, therefore lose money and lose his job. That makes sense.

You know what doesn’t make sense?
We come here for the greatest college football tradition of all time. You come here to troll. Keep up the good work.

        • Hey SUC’s

You’re hilarious! AZ State 62 – SUC 41. Blind optimism meet Reality.

          • Henry Bibby

            AZ State NC’s 0 – USC NC’s 11. Reality.

          • Stu Azole

Like that matters today. The “we have history” thing you trojies hand on to is classic. Alabama has today. UCLA has today. Oregon and Stanford have today. Even UW has today. All SC has is yesterday. REMEMBER ON!

          • Henry Bibby

Yeah, 2 NC’s the last 10 years is history.

UCLA has today, lol. USC won the Rose Bowl in 2009. Last appearance for the team of today, UCLA, was in 1999. A loss.

          • Bill

What years did they win those NCs? The Daily Trojan poll doesn’t count!

          • Stu Azole

Hmm, 1999 isn’t today, is it? I could go back and remember fondly the 8 straight UCLA put on USC in the 90’s, but that’s the past too. I’m happy with UCLA football TODAY! Kiffen ON!

          • Hey SUC’s

Gee whiz Hank, the Duke went to SUC in the 20’s and made great WW II combat action movies. Rave on.

          • Bill

            SuC has 3!

          • Hey SUC’s

            H. Bibby was a guard on 3 real NC basketball UCLA teams. In other words real reality.

    • Hey SUC’s

Hank old man. If you want to refloat the SS SUC, MR would be the man to do it. It will be 4 or 5 years b4 SUC FB program is ship-shape again.

  • Stu Azole

We all know how well SC does against the line, so take the above with a grain of salt. Pulling for big Eddy O here!

    • Dennis Hogan

USC certainly could do worse! I think he would be a good choice.

  • Stu Azole

But really, scratch Petersen, Gruden and Sumlin. Those aren’t happenin.

  • Hey SUC’s

Del Rio? Out of the pot in into the frying pan uh? SUC please hire Del Rio. As the HC, Del Rio will skipper SUC further below the FB Mendoza line. Welcome back to LA Jacky.

    • Stu Azole

This just in – the FB Mendoza line has changed its name to the Kiffin Line!

      • Hey SUC’s

I whiffed on the Mendoza line. It s/b the Goat line.

  • tim chaney

don’t want del rio, don’t want jeff fisher, jon gruden is the man for that job. give him what $ he wants and the recruits will come running. better yet, he knows how to coach them…

  • B.Miller

    bobby Petrino? Charlie Strong?
    Throw out some realistic names

  • Joe Gonzalez

John Gruden would be the best hire. College recruits for one would be able to relate to Gruden . Most kids parents are about the same age as Gruden. As a football parent I saw Gruden coach and loved his hustle. He takes no prisoners. Image him walking into a kids house to recruit? It would be a no brainier . Most parents have some sort of say so when being recruited. I would most definitely would pay attention to what he has to say. I truly think he would be a great fit for the Trojans ! He knows football and he doesn’t play games with athletes. His way or the highway! Hire John Gruden for an immediate impact. He will bring us back from the dead and bring instint credibility ….
