Is Pete Carroll Back?

More players need to touch the ball during games. Practices are open to the media. Injuries may be discussed. Is Pete Carroll coaching the team again?

  1. No, it is Orgeron, and I am rooting for him to be the SC coach for the next 20 years or more

  2. Well, keep your eyes open for girlfriends in Range Rovers and we will know soon enough!

  3. It’s the sign we have a coach with the self confidence and leadership ability to not worry about who is looking over his shoulder. Sorry Wolfy, Ceaser is gone, for good.

      • Yes I probably should. With great minds like you on here there is only so much room for such greatness. I will leave if it really bothers you that much. I didn’t know years ago that there was such a requirement to be on here, or did you impose that yourself.

        • except he was Stanford’s DC as he and Harbaugh changed the culture at Furd and repeatedly beat SC.

          • And YOU have changed the culture on this blog…. from bad to WORSE….. Hate ON!…. Loser…

          • According to “Goatboy Kiffen” logic…Fangio in his only season (2010) as Stanford DC cost them a NC.

  4. Hey wolfman, take your time and relax before you start bitching about irrelevant subjects

  5. I’ve got no reason not to wish Orgeron well. I’ll support whoever saves our team from the current predicament and put us back on top. That’s all that matters, and it should be.

  6. Anyone else think Terry Bowden would be good? Had success at Major SEC program in Auburn. He went undefeated while on sanctions 11-0 (Reduced scholarships, bowl and tv ban etc.) Went 9-1-1 second season…

I think he’d be good. 47-17-1 over 7 or so years?

  7. Pete was really shaken over Goatboy being fired LOL … he should have just said ‘ ha ha ‘. Pete is wondering , like we all were, why he shoved his ex-little buddy Goatboy Kiffin down everyone throat … bad move Pete , how could you be so stupid. Cost you 2 national titles ( SUCKisian cost you 2 more ).

  8. I’ve noticed one thing that all the bloggers agree on and that’s everybody wants Coach Ed Orgeron to succeed , and I’m certainly one of them. He’s a Man’s Man and has tremendous leadership skills, and that’s where it all starts. Lane Kiffin had NO!! leadership skills and that affected the whole Team. I bet if Coach “O” surrounded himself with quality assistants he would be as successful as the next guy.

  9. Coach O is going to be able to pull this off… We may yet still win the Pac 12 South…

  10. If Orgeron can be successful in recruiting and bring respectability back to the program, I’d say hire him. A big name wouldn’t hurt but the bottom line is winning.
