With former USC coach Lane Kiffin in Seattle, will he find time to see his mentor, Pete Carroll? The Seahawks are in town after all.
But the Kiffin-Carroll relationship became strained in recent years and the pair are not as close as many assume. Some at USC believe Kiffin’s comments got back to Carroll about the roster he inherited in 2010, etc.
It’s also worth noting that Carroll does not hold grudges and usually remains loyal to his former assistants. The one exception might be Nick Holt.
It couldn’t be more obvious how one man could elevate a program! Nice ups @CoachOUSC! pic.twitter.com/v4GdVugDZn

Would Caesar or the Kiffster talk with Pudgy McGut?
They would if, unemployed, said ‘McGut’ had a job for them
McGut barely holds onto his Daily News gig
Don;t you mean our own demi-god ‘vin (the dawg chevrolet) scully’?
Worship your god you peons – get into the lottery to be permiitted to clean the commode….”Oh come let us adore him…..”
Because of Monte, Pete will always be nice to Lane.
NFL Wide Receivers Coach Lane Kiffin. That could be a good title for him.
Did Kiffin mention Pete Carroll? It is interesting that during his short coaching stint, Coach O has embraced and tried to model the program after Carroll while Kiffin is /did the exact opposite.
Forget all these “putos”
More on the update of Lane Kiffin coming soon.
