That’s the opinion of BCS guru Jerry Palm, who has the Trojans playing San Jose State in the game. Full projections here

  1. The Sporting News was so impressed with UCLA, this what they wrote on their web site today:

“Jim Mora’s goal is to make UCKA special. Here’s his chance, with the Bruins facing a desperate Stanford team. In the ACC, the best of the class are set to prove themselves — and prove their conference is no pushover.”

    UCKA?………….

      • Wrong blog. But enjoy your loss to Stanford! Oh and Oregon and Washington shortly after! And don’t forget the loss to USC to top off your great season! Wow, 3 posts in a row. Somebody has an unhealthy obsession!

          • Wow, THearse has lost it again. First, he points out the obvious, then predicts the future plans of UCKA’s QB and finally makes pointless reference to Yanni. What next? Surprise me THearse.

          • it’s about as pointless as you spending extensive time on a USC blog, as well as your inane comments…….

          • It’s not only me predicting Hundley’s early departure to the NFL…. do you even bother to read any other blog besides this one?……educate yourself, you illiterate troll….please…. while there is still time……don’t die a complete fool….

          • LOL. So far have the trogie fans sunk that all they have is to hope UCLA falls. Even if Hundley goes, which he won’t, Woulard looked spectacular his first camp and UCLA will be just fine. I know you wish you could say the same at SC, where you have all these great QBs – if only we were still in 2003 where SC’s offensive scheme actually worked.

          • So Hundley won’t be going to the NFL next year?……..you’re even more naive than your blog buddy, SUC….

          • nope. He’s a RS Soph and his weaknesses are still showing. He’s also a great student and will finish his degree. I know you trojies hope he goes (because he’s head and shoulders better than your QBs), so go ahead and keep wishing.

          • WRONG!!!….I’m not wishing for anything…..he may be the best QB in the Pac-12…..but if this kid is as “great” a student as you claim he is, then he should be smart enough to know that being a top 10 pick in the NFL draft may not come around every year (see Matt Barkley)…..

          • Wait, did you just type that? You live your life on this blog and you complain USC fans hope UCLA fails? Do you even read your blog posts!

          • It’s all you’ve got. I live my life watching UCLA sports win AND SC sports fail. And let’s not be naive here – it takes all of 5 minutes of my day to work you trojies up into a frenzy. I take more time cr@pping in the morning.

          • Unlike trolls such as you, I don’t “hope” that our rival team falls……I prefer to beat them, fair and square….endlessly cheering last year because an unblocked defensive player (Barr) knocks out our starting QB (Barkley) from the game was not my idea of being classy (see injured Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub and their cheering “fans”)…. What I am really hoping for is that UCLA are undefeated on November 30th and we have the opportunity to knock them from the BCS Championship game….a longshot, I know, but I am NOT hoping that any of UCLA’s players get injured…..show some class, AZZZ-Hole….

          • I don’t hope any trogan gets hurt. That said, it’s football and I loved seeing Barfly knocked out. In fact, I have watched the play a million times over. Classic seeing such a douchebag KO’d like that.

          • It’s a nice problem to have….Lemme see…would I rather have Hundley as my Quarterback or your QB combo of dumb and dumber?
Torgan Whore’s…our back up q.b. is better than ALL THREE of your guys (and NO……your 75 aren’t better than our 85!)….When does women’s crew begin?
            fit UN!

          • I never said it was a “problem”, Bucket… Errrrr… Taco-Mix……The fact that UCLA finally have a first round, draft worthy QB is commendable…..and that will be Mora’s ticket back to the NFL, if he chooses to do so….November 30th is coming soon….we’ll see whose team is better, at least on that given day……

          • Thank you Whore’s….BTW…are you related to the recently departed “IFFIN’s”….Iffin’ Mora leaves, Iffin’ Hundley leaves,…Iffin’ you win in November…?????
I gotta wonder…(since most people know who Brett Hundley is) how many people “out there” could NAME the SUCks starting Q.B.? Yep…thats what I thought.
            Fit UN Yesterday U!

          • The only “ifs” are IF your family gets deported and IF your unemployment check arrives in the mail……you have a rather selective and convenient way of interpreting (twisting) my words….

        • LOL. A loss at Stanford and a loss at Oregon will still sting less than a loss at home to Wazzu.

          • no need to rationalize. I don’t expect UCLA to go undefeated. Nor do I expect them to beat Oregon, the clear class of the PAC this year. I do expect we have a shot at Furd. All that said, what I do know is that we’ll curb stomp your sorry team.

          • November 30th….. and I really hope that we knock your sorry Azz out of a BCS game…..

          • Nothing has really stung this season. USC had no expectations this season. If anything it has been a success, getting rid of Kiffin. Meanwhile fucla really thinks they are a national title caliber team! Beating an annually overrated Nebraska from the weak Big10 is nothing to gloat about.

          • “SUCks had no expectations this season?”…(Just like Last Year!) Favorable schedule, TWO “talented” third year q.b.’s, All American Center (he was anointed “One of the best in the Nation” by one of you Rah Rah’s before he EVER played a game!), 5 star players everywhere and an early season win against Hawaii (one of the original “sisters of the poor”…along w/ her ugly sister Minny and the other pathetic hag, Virginia) had several of you knuckleheads predicting an UNDEFEATED season for good ol’ YESTERDAY U!
            Typical!
            fit UN torgans!

          • must be nice to have absolutely no expectations for your team. Sounds like a loser mentality to me. Which fits SUC at the moment – a whole athletic program of losers.

    • SUC will play in the New Mexico Bowl vs. San Jose State. Should be entertaining. Don’t forget to wear your sombrero. THE BUM F**K NEW MEXICO BOWL!

    • Feature this THearse: how many FB recruits will show up for SUK’s humongous New Mexican Bowl game? What if San Jose State wins (not so farfetched).

      • Help me out, SUC…. please…..as I only received a couple of college degrees, I may be a little slow here…..Outside of paying for it on their own, do recruits even attend bowl games (at the expense of the university)?

    • Speaking of media types, I loved this line from ESPN’s mid-season Pac 12 summary: “Now UCLA, Stanford, Oregon, ASU, Washington, UCLA, Utah and Oregon State
are all going to cannibalize one another throughout the course of a
vicious conference schedule.” That’s right, UCLA twice, no USC. How telling is that! Not even in the discussion with the 7 real teams of the conference!

  2. San Jose is still trying to find it’s way, and will more then likely end up with 6 losses this season. It sounds like this Jerry Palm “Bozo” has his head up his AZZ !!!!
