USC’s coaching search is in its infancy but today ESPN’s Paul Finebaum told ESPN analyst Brock Huard that Washington coach Steve Sarkisian is the Trojans’ top target. That was convenient since Huard lives in Seattle, played at Washington and hosts a radio show.
My question is what exactly has Sarkisian accomplished to merit the USC job? Several 7-6 seasons? A victory over Boise State this year? I have no doubts Sarkisian would take the USC job but as I’ve already said, aim high and then settle for someone if you are conducting USC’s coaching search.
