Post-Game Thoughts?

I’m writing this before game ends but whatever the outcome tonight’s playcalling seemed straight from the Kiffin era. To not take advantage of Tommy Rees’ injury was unforgiveable.

  1. O line: F – They suck
    QB: D – Can’t Pass
    WR: B
    Defense: B+
    At least StanFURD won.

    • Joey Latent, what ugly a joke. Ooze back into your hole. SUC loses an easy one. Zero points in the 2nd half. SUC deserve their rep. Oh well, fudgesicles on the ride home.

      • Hows that Heisman campaign looking? After fucla loses to Oregon, UW and ASU, i wonder what they’ll be ranked? Looks like ASU is taking the south this season.

        • If you can find anything I’ve posted touting BH for Heisman I’ll eat Kiffy’s sombrero. The Heisman is irrelevant to Bruin team success. BTW SUC still sucks.

          • Yep, USC does still suck, something we’ve known since WSU. But the wound for fucla has gotta be fresh, right? I mean imagine what whoregon is going to do to you guys… If you guys don’t watch out, you may end up with as many losses as USC at the end of the season.

          • Not possible. SUC will lose more upcoming games. If both teams lose out, SUC would have more losses.

          • I think USC can beat Cal and Colorado. And Utah’s win over SU may have been an anomoly, looking at how they’re playing against arizona.

          • They could have beat fucla but they threw away the tying score in the red zone. They will be tough for us to beat, they are better than WSU.

          • Stanford is a much better team than the Irish, especially after Rees went down. They may beat Oregon. The Irish have no pass offense now and will be easy pickings. It’s maddening to think we couldn’t beat a team with no quarterback!!!!!!!!

          • FRESH???? You just got STOMPED by your BIGGEST RIVAL and you’re out here popping off. Oh…I forgot…it’s all got to do with the Scholarship thing. Fit UN….U Stupid Clowns!

          • That true. Suckee Suckee only posts about USC. He has no idea about UCLA football. But trolls gotta troll.

        • UW? UW is done and so are Sark’s chances of being the next SC coach….along with Ed Oregeron’s chances.

          • they’ll still beat fucla. After whoregon humiliates fucla, they will give up on the season. Look what happened to uw after they played SU and UO back to back. And thank God, because Sark is the last person USC needs running the program.

          • Nope they play the UW-fucla in the Rose Bowl. Washington gave up 53 to ASU, they are done.

          • Wait, I’m confused, if UW has already given up, how will they beat the MIGHTY BRUINS at the Rose Bowl? Most true Bruin fans knew this was a tough year 9-3 will still be great. Sc wishes it can just win one more! Haha lose on!

      • Hahahahaha. Focus on you HORRIBLE loss to the ‘Furd! Hahahahaha. We KNOW we have a lousy team this year. Tired of all your crap about Fucla football NC, Heisman, etc. This is a GREAT Sunday: Fucla Football SUCKS!

        • Congrats – you’ve finally taken the last step towards becoming a fan of a loser program…when your rival losing means more than your team winning, you are at the absolute BOTTOM!

          • You’d know. fucla has been there since 1954. YES! FUCLA gets the crap kicked out of them by the ‘Furd!

      • Not to mention Clay Helton deciding to run straight into their defense’s strength the entire 2nd half.

        • You are right, Helton’s play calling was atrocious. All we needed was one score and we win. The Irish were done when Rees went down but we simply couldn’t score a single touchdown in the second half.

    • Hey Joe, why don’t you tell your SC buddies that you were just on the UCLA blog saying how you “could care less about SC’s results.” pUSC 4-3, completely irrelevant, unranked, with season already done. Just like last year, UCLA the better team, 5-1, ranked in top 15, with a chance to make a BCS bowl game. Trojan football. LOL.

      • I don’t. So go back to your lousy fucla site and cry about finding out that fucla football SUCKS. Could care less about your 5-1 record. You’ll be second tier bowl material at best. NC contender? HA. Key word in your post: CHANCE. What a loser.

  2. The O-line must not be allowed to eat with the rest of the team until the next game…I can’t make up my mind if Wsh. St. was worse or this one. Embarrassing. We wasted a scholarship on Heidari.

  3. Wasn’t our QB supposed to be a ‘gamer’. Pathetic. Get Max Browne in. And lets start interviewing for a head coach.

      • That call should’ve been made when the coaches realized they had 2 3rd year duds at the beginning of the season. Now it’s too late to burn his redshirt.

  4. Wow – I hate that coach O has to somehow work with these pathetic coaches. The O line coach needs to be slapped around for taking our money and providing s$!t for preparation. Bring on the new era –

  5. I said this before, so for all the Orgeron-lovers out there:

1.) It’s the same playbook. It is the same offensive mentality.

2.) It is the same offensive line. Poor technique, Tuerk killed with that hold. Wheeler might be good in a few years, but right now he is overmatched.

3.) Kessler might be a gamer. But he is not a Pac-12 starting QB.

4.) Not having a healthy Lee is hurting. When you are playing walk-ons you might as well be playing with 10.

5.) I thought Kiffin was such a great recruiter. The O-Line is terrible, and it is as much a talent issue as a coaching problem. ND’s front 7 was simply much much better.

  6. At least we know Orgeron will not coach USC in 2014.

    Might be time for Wittek.

Definitely is time for a new kicker.

And Orgeron better make the team run until each of them coughs up a lung for all the dumb penalties.

    • Gotta feel bad for Orgeron. He truly loves ‘SC and was thrown in to salvage the damage done by Kiffin and the sanctions.

    • Kessler had plenty of opportunities but constantly was unable to take advantage of Notre Dame errors – it was all on the running game and finally ND shut that down along with some friendly home town cooking ‘drop the hankie’ penalties.

    • We all enjoy your fruitopian angst – loser…now strut w.o. your skirt ‘girl friend!’

      Time for your ‘8 clap’

      “U

      Clowns

      Lost

      Again

U Clowns Lost A-gain gain gain gain!”

So bel-airian – it does smell like the bouquet of Terry “and the Pirates” Donahue appears to be quickly enveloping your powder blue back ends…hmmm…sniffing…sniffing….”oh what’s that big back end there?…I need….oooohhhhh

  7. It’s obvious this team is still infected with the “Kiffin disease” that makes them play not to lose, instead of playing to win. I thought I was going to see a much more risk-taking offense than the one I saw in this game. Orgeron doesn’t look very comfortable as HC, and Kessler is still disappointing. My expectations for the remainder of the season haven’t been raised by this game at all.

  8. Kessler was his own worst enemy – he couldn’t when he needed to and scrambled when he didn’t.

As to ‘UCLA my SUCLA’ well so much for the 59th Anniversary of ‘Red’ Sanders NC – all together now…

    U Clowns Lost Again

U Clowns Lost A-gain gain gain gain

i.e. we play w.o. a full roster and you played, as you always do, with your hands.

Now go rationalize why you failed to take down a Stanford ‘qb’ Hogan, that plainly was ‘average’ and Hundley’s inability to pass when the the moment called for such.

The balance of the season is now a scorched earth campaign – walk into the wilderness and do what Sherman did after he seized Atlanta in 1964 – march to the sea and conquer both Savannah (Stanford) and where the Marxist-Leninist fruitopian festiveness sprang forth, Charleston (UCLA my SUCLA) and give USC the Christmas Gift long overdue – a ‘1998’ all over again ‘sans’ Cade McKnown (hey man where’s my ‘grandpa from he)) parking permit? The Laker players used theirs where’s ours? Oh at the Chicago Bears ST camp? Ok!

Man UCLA my SUCLA looked both weak and clueless in that 4th quarter and unlike Troy a full roster and no ability to score

    • Actually comerade UCLA scored points in the 2nd half. SUC, on the other hand whiffed, zero, zilch, nada, zip points in the 2nd half.

    • You realize we just lost to our true rival right? Why are you blubbering on about fucla?

      • You’re right Prob and you’re also right – I was thinking of that feller from AZ who ‘won’ in GA but won little else.

Good one – BTW sorry for the excess elsewhere – man both UCLA and Stanford linemen looked tired yesterday – warning for USC’s lack of depth a’ coming.

  9. Well get ready for the worst fan base in all of organized sports – the moronic drunken celtic trash from the ‘Bay State’ just clinched the AL Pennant – w.o. a doubt complete and total back end of horses is now going to be rammed into all our homes – go Cardinals and ‘blank’ de ‘Red Sox’ – OH St. is the equivalent….

  10. Nobody else thought Andre Heidari blew the game? He makes two of those three missed FGs and we win.

      • Possibly. But let’s not overlook the fact that ND’s defense stepped up huge once Rees went down. I hate to say it but their d-lineman were beasts. Our o-line couldn’t hold them back. We were lucky the refs didn’t call holding on us every play, because they could’ve. In these types of close games special teams are difference makers. I feel bad for the kid but it’s his choice to play on a high profile football team in a high pressure position. If he can’t handle the heat coach O needs to find a replacement.

      • F SHEdari. He gets a scholarship to make kicks. Not to throw his helmet down because he’s a failure.

  11. Man, the O- Line …a couple of years ago SC lost out on local product Kyle Murphy and Andrus Peat ( who reportedly was leaning toward becoming a Trojan and who started as a true Fr at Stanford).Khalil left early and the Wheel(er)s have fallen off. Stop offering WRs and get some O-linemen.

  12. HAWR-HAAAAR!!!!

    whatta CRUSHING LOSS!!!

    Well, MY weekend is salvaged!!!!

    Thanks for the GUMBALL, Hadari!!!

I’m sending you two passes to Preferred Plus Night!!!

    that’s a ten dollar value.

    • Cushing loss? Yes, the StanFURD loss was CRUSHING for the bRuins. Crotch Kick! Hahahahaha

  13. Bruins play their worst game of the season and still take Stanford down to the last 2 minutes, while pUSC loses to a mediocre unranked ND team. But don’t worry, you guys still have a good shot at being 6-6 going into your game against L.A.’s dominant football program on 11/30, with upcoming losses to Utah, OSU, and Stanford. How your kicker choked those two kicks, I’ll never konw… LOL.

    • Fucla had NO chance. You losers have to try and turn the table. We know SC isn’t a good football team this year. YOU think YOURS is NC material and Heisman worthy. Hahahahahaha. What a joke. SUC it. Go Ducks.

  14. Looking at all these comments, and the players when things got tough, It’s easy to see the true damage done by Kiffin. A bunch of whining, negative, LOSERS (as in we are LOSING instead of WINNING) with an individual mentality pointing fingers instead of sucking it up, doing their job, and pulling together.
I was as frustrated as anybody looking at the team in the 2nd half, but the only way this will change is if EVERYONE, including fans, pulls together and looks for the next OPPORTUNITY to succeed, instead of focusing on mistakes. You saw it with the O-line, you saw it with Kessler after his INT, you saw it with the playcalling. Once things got tough, everyone focused on themselves (thanks Kiffin), instead of pulling together to try and WIN the game. I hope Coach O can change this mentality, because at this point the excuses are all used up.

LETS PULL IT TOGETHER, including you Scott.

  15. I see comments blaming everybody except the Refs (who will need a week in the confessional) But the truth is those that say we a are stuck with the Kiffin legacy are right on. No college teaches their stars to give ground, but out ball carriers routinely run the wrong way and often get tackled for a loss. Coach is not teaching the Offensive tackles to tackle they are doing it on their own. He should run silent snap count drills until his idiot goons on the O line get the idea. Heidari should be kicking from every angle and every yard marker until he builds confidence in himself that he jad at one time. Coach O is doing the right thing he just needs to be doing more of it.
