USC Morning Buzz

Is there a tougher place for USC to play than Oregon State’s Reser Stadium? The Trojans have one victory there since 1997. Even Pete Carroll went 1-2 there.

“We know that’s a tough place to play,” tailback Tre Madden said. “But we have to do it.”

If we sit back and watch the trolls come in and make their stupid predictions for this week they will be exposed for the utter lack of intelligence they collectively possess. They are the ones who tell us we will lose weekly and they will win. So sad, to bad.

    • Stu Azole

Too easy. You will lose this week and UCLA will win.

      • steveg

        See?

        • Trojan Hoarse

          Now THAT was too easy……..

          • Stu Azole

wager. You’ll lose and we’ll win. Step it up, TH! And I don’t engage steveg much – he doesn’t even know who Vic Fangio is.

          • Trojan Hoarse

How about a REAL wager…..USC wins, you leave this blog permanently… OSU wins, I stop posting on this blog for the rest of this year……

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

I’d take that one. Truth is….if fUCLA loses this weekend, Stu **gina shouldn’t want to show up in our blog anymore and post his drippy sores. I’m sure he and his big brother can find some others to impose their latent femininity on.

          • Stu Azole

BURN! Man, you keep pounding me with ***gina cracks and I don’t know WHAT I’m gunna do.

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

Try a tampon, or just man up and post where you belong. Girly boy. Burn! Ate CLAP drippy **gina boy.

          • Stu Azole

why are we not betting for the same stakes? No confidence in your team, I see. And that wager’s fine, but it’ll have to come with some teeth – Wolfie will have to ban the IP, not just let you change your name. LOL, you know you don’t have the stones.

          • Trojan Hoarse

Game on…..USC wins, you are outta here for good……OSU wins, then I’m done…. IP and all…you set it up, chump……BTW ..do you really think that I would be that desperate that I would change my screen name?…. you might be, but not me……

          • Stu Azole

Of course you would. I’ll email scooter now.

          • Trojan Hoarse

            Hey, it’s a Win-Win situation for me, Bozo……

          • Stu Azole

Ok, I emailed Scooter and he said he’s happy to oblige. May the best team (and by that, we of course know I mean Oregon State) win!

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

I will miss talking about her drippy **gina. Good riddance Stu you girly scab. Ate CLAP.

Keep on Ate CLAPping bRuin. I hear the shot helps the burning sensation.

        • ProbationU

No clap. We just put on a Trojan. You should try the same, put one on and attack those Beavers.

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

You should get a life. Can’t you tell that you’re peeing someplace you are not wanted? Were you too somebody who got stuffed in lockers as a feminine adolescent and now must hide behind the facade of your computer to throw eggs in an effort to recapture lost time? Coward. Ate CLAP guttie.

          • Stu Azole

One of the best BURNS on the internets is “you should get a life”! Man, that’s a KILLER!

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

Get a shot girly boy. That will make your CLAPpy **gina stop burning. Wimpy girly! Ate CLAP.

          • Stu Azole

Just behind “get a life” are VD jokes! Ouch!

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

You must be an attractive woman Stu. No man would accept such torment and abuse. Ate CLAP!

          • ProbationU

Were you an English major at SC. “Were you too somebody”…what language is that. Relax buddy…a little angry for some reason.

          • 1ThaiMexCleansMyToilets1

Take a hike attention needer. (How is that for English)? Nobody wants you here. Go buy a dog if you are so inclined to demand hugs in places where you repulse the majority. $3 bill. Ate CLAP!

  • Goatboy Kiffin

Mike Riley is licking his chops this week. This could be ugly

  • steveg

Not going to be easy, but perhaps if offense pulls it together we do it. I think defense can manage OS.

  • rusoviet

PC went 0 – 2 against KS St. – so what? I see OR St. rolling backwards after the loss to Stanford (first conference loss) – they left a lot out there last Saturday evening and it’s one day sooner this week – Friday – also at home – the pressure is on OR St. to continue to defeat USC – Trojan victory because we don’t have a primma donna at QB (smiley Matt).

    • Trojan Hoarse

      Or Dirty Sanchez at QB…….

      • rusoviet

Ok moron let’s give you your needed reply – it’s that once a year for you clown – Sanchez is the only qb to get the Jets to consecutive AFC Championship games and frankly had Tannihill and Ryan let him alone all would have been better served.

Come back with more of your bile and envy you pathetic back end of a horse – go worship vin-dawg chevrolet or the other demi-god whose no longer with us jonnie wooden

        • CardinalnGold

Calm down Comrad. You’re taking it way too serious. It was a joke, that’s all. I agree that the Jets pretty much sabotaged Sanchez’s career but the TH comment was still funny.

One of the funniest memories I have of that game in 08′ was when Sanchez waived his arms to quiet the crowd at Reeser.

          • sureshot32

One of my least favorite memories was a personal foul on a USC defensive lineman (Armstead?) that allowed Oregon State to get a few more shots at the endzone right before halftime. A few plays later, the ball goes right through a defensive back’s arms for a Beaver touchdown.

I also hated the wildcat fumble that McKnight had a few plays prior. SC was the best team in the nation that year and were sabotaged by their own stupidity, dumb luck, and Reverend Tebow’s “no more losses” proclamation after they lost to Ol Miss at home.

Oregon State also blew the very next game in Salt Lake City by giving up a couple of touchdowns at the end of game to pull defeat from the jaws of victory.

To top it off, the Beavs lost to Oregon at the end of the year, so USC was robbed of a chance to get revenge on Texas in the Fiesta Bowl.

          • CardinalnGold

That TD before halftime turned out to be the difference. I think it was James Rodgers who made the catch of his life. The entire team played out of their minds that game. Their O-lineman constantly got their blocks to the second level and took SCs LBs out.

SC was easily the best team that year & would’ve rolled them Gators or OU had they got a shot. I still don’t know how their loss to Ole Miss was somehow better than our loss.

          • rusoviet

I have a 1st cousin that lives in NJ and all he does or did was rag on Sanchez – your typical ‘naw yawkah’ 1. NYY are the best 2. Jeter is god, 3. Christie is the 2nd coming, 4. MASH was a great show. 5. All Woody Allen films are great and 6. Boogie Nights is the film everyone should see….on and on

        • Trojan Hoarse

Ok, Viet Dong…..We were talking about this weeks upcoming game against OSU in Corvallis and I bring up Sanchez’s poor performance in 2008, when USC were ranked #1, and Jacquizz Rodgers lit us up for for 186 yards….And then, with less than 3 minutes left in the game, while USC was driving for the winning score, Sanchez threw an interception that was almost returned for a pick six….OSU then seals with win with a 2 yard TD run… how about you try and stay on topic?

          • ProbationU

So sad to see you guys fighting amongst yourselves. I thought that was what we were here for!

          • Trojan Hoarse

Stay out it…..this is a family matter…..we police our own around here….

          • ProbationU

Those Beavers get you guys all stirred up. Rather entertaining to observe.

          • Trojan Hoarse

The only Beavers that can stir us up can be found at your local Spearmint Rhino…….sorry for the salty humor, Helen….

          • rusoviet

How bout you take on your own ‘gusanos’ from the bel-airian (or Cal State – fill in the blank) site?

          • ProbationU

Have you lost your sense of humor, Comrade? Those feisty little Beavers don’t have you concerned, I hope.

          • Trojan Hoarse

Apparently, the Cold War rages on…..

          • rusoviet

Nah – that was my point – I don’t see any more skill remaining in the Beaver’s play book – they (just like you bel-airians) left it all out there last Saturday night.

          • ProbationU

We only ran about 4 or 5 plays all night. Didn’t exactly wear out the play book. Horrible play calling. No wonder Mora likes Kiffin. If you guys get a pass rush, should be a close game. If not, then Beaver QB can hurt you badly. 2nd best QB in the conference.

          • rusoviet

I’ll say this for Mora – he barely defended Hundley – he recognizes a ‘fragile flower’ when he sees one or has to coach one – Hundley better man up because if he can’t handle OR or Stanford he won’t even get through a combine.

I would not want to be Hundley if he tanks again against CO or AZ because it is all on him. Play the man or move out of the starring role – he looked awful compared to how good he looked the first 5 games.

  • ProbationU

Didn’t seem to be a problem for Eastern Washington. The all-powerful men of Troy should wipe them off tha astroturf. Piece of cake.

    • CardinalnGold

OSU get’s a little more jacked up for SC than for directional Washington. No excuse though, SC should still find a way to win. If SC can come out fast they can take the crowd out of the game.
