Pick The Score

It’s time to pick the score for tonight’s game. The Trojans are 4.5-point underdogs. Oregon State did lose to Eastern Washington and won six straight before losing to Stanford last week.

And the Gold Sheet mentioned the Trojans have not covered their past 10 road games. Ed Orgeron would settle for a victory of any nature though regardless of the point spread. I’m predicting a 38-24 Oregon State victory. Time for you to pick.

    • If that happens, then I am off this blog, as promised…. If USC wins, then you’re history, unless you lack integrity…..

          • Wolfie has more integrity than you, which is not saying a lot……..don’t back out, chump

          • if you really wanted to be done with me one way or another, you could just admit defeat and walk away now. But you troxans don’t have that sort of commitment. Well, check that, torxans are committed to cheating and repeat sanctions!

          • That’s right, SUCLA never cheats (Sam Gilbert) and its players have high integrity (handicapped parking). Signed, Kevin Nealon (Cory Paus). Ate CLAP.

  1. OK, Waited 3 years to be able to post this! The big question is, will the Trojan (offense) penetrate the Beaver (defense) and score (touchdowns)? The Beavers will spread (their offense) and score easily. The Trojan (defense) will be worn down by the Beaver (offense) and finally burst (in the fourth quarter). Would not be surprised by 31-10 Beavers! But (semi) seriously, the offense has to be able to do more than get in position for Heidari to kick field goals. If they can score touchdowns and the defense can keep OSU under 20 then it may come down to whoever scores on the last possession.
    Hopefully, 20-17 USC.

  2. If USC is an underdog, wouldn’t any win by definition be covering the spread? It’s literally impossible for Orgeron to “settle for a victory of any nature though regardless of the point spread” in this game.

By the way, I think OSU 24 USC 21. Then Scott can claim victory since USC covered.

  3. If OSU scores 24, SC loses. But, the D will make it tough for OSU’s passing game.

    USC 20
    OSU 17

  4. You only want Oregon State to win to booster your ridiculous idea that Mike Riley is a great choice for the USC head coaching position. I hope the Trojans roll them out the building, but I am a real Trojan. Not an agenda driven, shock jock, beat writer.

  5. On an unrelated subject, Isaac Hamilton’s appeal designed to void his national letter of intent with UTEP was denied, so he has to sit out this year….. poor little Bruins….and thank you, Tim Floyd!

  6. Instead of the score..
How about we predict how many Injuries USC will have since they are deciding to play already injured players!

  7. USC 35

    Oregon St 21

The defensive speed of USC set the pace and the receivers follow suit. Running game goes over 150 yards. Pics make the big difference.
Jon Gruden, the simple choice for new HC. Give Orgeron a BIG payraise too and keep him.
