Not so fast my friend, the contrast between Lane and Ed could never be clearer. College football is a game of spirit and emotion, two things Lane never exhibited over 4 long years of underachievement. Kudos to Ed for inspiring the team despite all the bad breaks and challenges. We could have folded like Northwestern has after their loss to Ohio State ended their BCS hopes but instead Ed has the team playing a brand of football that we can all be proud of. We must never forget the Kiffin Era and learn from it.

I agree that we should move on but it is hard to forget the Kiffen era which has only ended a month ago.
