Anybody else notice how when talking with a smile makes you a winning personality?
Poor Kiffin – the guy was so wooden so robotic – if it didn’t work he had no idea how to change tack – compare that to Ed – he gives the right to call plays to those more skilled because this man knows how to motivate and encourage young men to think, play and be far more than they thought possible just a mere 5 weeks ago.
The sign of a real leader, build up those around him and then let them do their thing.
Any young man who has the guts to speak up and say (during the early season crisis) “Kiffen don’t know”…gets a thumbs up….unlike a lot of you RAH RAH’s (Haden included) who defended Goat Boy up to the end….
