More On Washington DC Justin Wilcox

I hear that Justin Wilcox is not the Huskies’ No. 1 choice even though he is interviewing today. That does not mean he will not get the job. Look at how USC always hires its third or fourth choices.

But if he does not get the Washington job, he will likely end up at USC as soon as that buyout can be settled.

  1. ZING!!!!!!…. nice one, Scottie….Way to reach for an insult…. so who IS their #1 choice then?

    • Why the sarcasm? All he’s doing is giving all of us, very very often, some things to think about and comment on. I don’t understand why so many indulge in mocking Wolf – does the Bruin beat writer Jack Wang put anywhere near the amount of information as Wolf does? Does Jill Painter? No they don’t – enjoy the updates or don’t post.

  2. Wouldn’t be surprised if Haden makes a deal with UW. Wilcox stays for their bowl game to keep the team and Huskies-faithful happy, in turn for waiving the buyout.

  3. why wouldn’t SC just wait for Wilcox to get canned at UW after the new HC brings in his own staff?

  4. Ugh comment moderation yet again…let’s retry this. Will Sarkisian rehire Holt for USC? I know he had to fire his friend after a few debacles, but I wonder if he brings him back as a positions coach.

  5. What’s so big about him ? I would not spend a million dollars to buy out an assistant coach, what has he done that’s so great ? USC can attract just about any big time coordinator because it’s SC, and located in Southern California not the dreary northwest .
