An Ed Orgeron Post-Chat Topic

Sometimes the live chats remind of things or I mention it and then want to highlight it in case you missed it. Near the end of the season, I asked Ed Orgeron if he would retain his current assistant coaches.

Orgeron said things worked out well so he wanted to keep the group together. Even rumors of a possible Norm Chow return did not sway Orgeron, who said he wanted to keep Clay Helton.

Now who knows if he had gotten the job after the season if he would have made a change or two. But that’s what he said at the time.

  1. What? Is this what JFK was planning on doing in Vietnam if he lived type of discussion? No one knows not his apologists nor his detractors ‘because’ he was dead! i.e. Orgeron is ‘bye bye’ – shows over nothing to see here come move on people!

      • But we do know he’d open up your (girlfriend, sister, niece, aunt, wife…) – as Giancanna said “…he should of had his ?ick bronzed!”

  2. Is there a point to this post? Of all things, why would you feel the need to highlight this?

  3. Thats why he didnt get the job.. changes neede to be made to the staff.. The Play calling had to change and the DB’s need a legit coach..
as much as I admire CEO, he had do make changes, and would not..
