        • And yet those 2 All-Americans had almost no impact on 11/30. You are right about the Heismans…in fact you have twice as many “tarnished” Heismans as UCLA has Heismans.

The bRuins greatest achievement in the last 20 years was a 98′ team that got hammered by a Wisconsin team in the Rose Bowl !!!!

          • Be careful when you bring up “this century” around Proby. He thinks you mean 100 years back from TODAY. Kind of a split century concept where this century doesn’t mean this century. Problem is, the Bruins haven’t played ball for a 100 years. So the concept of century doesn’t really apply to them. That’s maybe why they don’t like to talk about history or tradition much.

        • One is the loneliest number for Trogan Fan. 1 First teamer. That’s all he’s got. Can’t win the conference. Can’t win the national championship. As usual, for UCLA it’s only about rare wins over USC. That poor old Westwood school. Have you seen Westwood lately? It’s a dumpy, has-been type of place. Dull, dreary, empty and old compared to vibrant downtown L.A. now. Who would have thought?

  4. No denying Barr is a great player , but if Westwood has all these Superstar(s) why no second and third team players ??? I mean they have so many superstars surely they would have had a soph or junior since they’re superior to us Trojans…. yet …. nothing …. 1 player who would have been an All American at any school at DE like every school who recruited him wanted him to play ….not RB… Only Tricky Ricky told him he was a natural running back and left him on the bench as a HB for two years !!!!

    • Go look at all the various lists and you’ll see XSF as a 2nd team
      numerous times. You’ll see Miles Jack at honorable mention as a true
      freshman. Next year the list will be even more favorable to UCLA as we
      move out of the Rick debacle and into Mora’s talent.
