OK, that three-hour basketball break is over. Now back to football. CoachingSearch.com reports that former USC offensive line coach Mike Summers has interviewed with Florida.

This means Lane Kiffin, Clay Helton and Mike Summers have all been linked to Florida since the season ended.

  2. I guess Wil Muschamp sees a lot more in them thar’ former coaches then they did out yonder. Not only that but look for Lane Kiffin in the mix – ah maybe not, probably a year off and a stint in the NFL would do him a world of good especially if he had to work for a demanding owner like his old man does or is it ‘did’?

    Lane needs to learn some skilld beginning with humility – hmm I’d say poor Lane has blown a lot of bridges with all the places he’s been at not saying most coaches haven’t but I am saying he sure deep sixed an awful lot of assistants

    CA is Cal, AZ is Arizona, where this is si galling for these idiots is all they are is ‘ucla’ that’s it – no other name – nothing – no Troy, USC, SC, Southern Cal, no they’re the ‘junior campus’ of the Cal system just like all the other spin off campuses in that system are – UCS, UCSB, UCD, UCR, UCI – excet UCI is also called Irvine just as UCD is Davis but stupid ucla is still stupid ucla and w.o. those four dopey letters there is no other way to identify them.

    • You know what’s really funny? Watching the entire road system around bel-air tech slowly approach gridlock – it’s coming. All the ‘test drives’ that bring it almost into complete lock down have been courtesy of that clown in the white house. Every time his holiness come to LA it’s off to lib land – Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood (hmmm all those bbbb’s) Pacific Palisades then a short run out to Burbank or over to Culver City to Sony – ever see this dog exhaust with the big ears ever mingle with anyone other than the uber rich?

  7. I know we’re back on football, wolfman, but your “why did your team quit” question to Enfield gave me an epiphany…

    UCLA has dominated Southern Cal before (8 straight in football the last 60 yrs in basketball) and will dominate them in the future, but this different. The current trOXans in football, baseball, basketball, even the Dummies on this blog…just seem to roll over and show their white bellies when faced with mighty Bruins. Just like a submissive dog does.

    At least in the old days, trOXans would put up a fight, now they just roll over spread their paws and QUIT.
