  1. It school is different, it each had different criteria and attributes they were looking for in a new Head Coach. Each of the hires make perfect sense for their respective schools.

    • Mercy Nurse!….You knuckleheads all sound a little paranoid. O.K.,…so Phaden screwed up when he gave Garrett the Green Light to go after Goat Boy,…then he goofed up on a couple of Basketball hires, and who can forget his goof ups when hiring a Baseball Coach! He’s gotta get something RIGHT eventually, doesn’t he???????? But I guess that’s why we call it LIMBO U….’cause you can always go a little LOWER!
      fit Un LIMBO U!!!!

  2. Since there were only 10 new hires, wouldn’t that Seven Win Sarkiffen the worst?

  3. The FACT is, polls don’t matter. Sark is our coach, its time to back him 100% and stop the second guessing and stuff! FIGHT ON COACH SARK!

  4. If time tells that Sark was a bad hire, THEN I will second guess and maybe complain. There is NO TIME for that now. FIGHT ON!

  5. Scott, it’s bad enough that Dodd’s opinion doesn’t mean anything. Now you’re asking the general fan base?

Come on, Scott, you’re better than this. You make some very good points when you want to. Do more of that.

    This is SO lame!

    • Scotty gets traffic this way, and I’m one who falls for it. Be it the “fake trolls,” or whatever manufacturing this site does to get traffic. Look at the responses, its working. And DON’T TELL ME for one second Charlie, ThaiMex, or some others are really legit.

  6. FYI, UCLA beat Stanford’s Basketball team tonight 91 – 74. UCLA fans and student body did not stampede to the court in a delirious display of Rah-Rah, look what we did celebration. UCLA is use to winning against Stanford.

    • Really, and you pukes lost to them twice in a year in football? You know the Ugly student body would have stormed the field had Ugly won ONE of those games. And you know what I’m talking about. Go home troll. Go home.

      • OH but wait! There weren’t enough students in attendance in those games!!! They were all out delivering their pizzas!

          • I LOVE IT!!! Quoting scores, AGAIN! What a puke! Put that on a billboard in the UCLA bookstore! Oh wait, you already did. PATHETIC.

          • How about the SUCC “unfinished business” Billboard in Westwood. That “unfinished business,” is still I believe, unfinished.

          • Too bad you guys never “got started!.” And I admit, it was bad marketing, big time.

          • Don’t you realize how stupid you trolls look on here? You spend soooo much time on here, for NO reason other than rile up USC fans. Oh wait. Isn’t that what the owner’s of this site would do? Hmmmm.

          • If “Freedom of Speech,” riles you then ignore us as we ignore you. Why not instead, go shopping for better-looking shades.

          • You don’t “ignore” any of us USC fans on here at all. You live here. WE provide you your reason to exist. And the best you come up with is…get a new pair of shades? Also, some Ugly idiot commented about my shirt. That is an Ermenegildo Zegna short sleeze shirt. Shades are Ralph Lauren. I know my fashion, but am not absolved in it. Look up the prices, I’m NO IDIOT. FIGHT ON!

  7. Such a Clinton-esque post. Games are decided on the field – not through polls. Sark and his staff probably revel in all this doubt that you’re spinning. You keep the public expectations low while they keep the internal expectations high. Great formula for success.

    • Low expectations are the best thing that could happen for Sark. But, as I posted somewhere else, 0 to 7 wins is much easier than 10 to 11 or 12.

Right now, SC will be underdogs at Stanford, v. ASU, at UCLA, and v. Notre Dame. We could easily lose two or more of v. Fresno St., at Arizona, at Utah, And Cal, Colorado, and BC are the only sure wins. 8-4 is a fine season. 6-6 is a possibility. Nine wins or more and Sark won every game he should win (a sign of good coaching) and improved against the others.

If Kessler starts like he finished, the D is as strong as last year, and we avoid significant injuries, it could be a special season.
