  1. True ‘but’ if a program even as vaunted as Troy has a HC seen as an incompetent that has a significant impact on getting players who become a team.

Kiffin was poison – another year of him and it’s anyone guess the fallout would have been.

Good riddance to Kiffin – a micromanaging dweeb – his unwillingess to sit out and consider why he can’t keep a job is proof positive he has learned nothing since he was sacked.

    • I agree 100 % , his arrogance will get the best of him and his career . Although I do believe he will eventually get another shot as a Head Coach , but will eventually blow that too .

      • I see him succeeding as an eccentric OC. Just as long as he isn’t in charge and isn’t allowed to let his true self poison things he should be fine given his connections to great head coaches who can rein him in.

  2. What player or set of players would be USC’s next best selection other than Adoree Jackson?

Jackson may have the option of not going into the NFL and reaping millions in commercial endorsements as an Olympic track star. To do that he has to cultivate an image and gain public exposure. There is no better place to do that than USC with its venue in Los Angeles and its film school and alumni. That is why Randall Cunningham Jr. is choosing USC track program. Adoree Jackson would have made quite a duo with Cunningham.

But given he is signaling he is going elsewhere there are other players who get that opportunity. But who might they be (Ju Ju Smith, Budda Baker, Charles Nelson, a wild card?).

    • Only in Wayne’s World would some GOOF make a statement about Track & Field saying (sprinter) Jackson and Cunningham (the High Jumper) would make quite a duo! Kinda like saying $uck$ recruiting a Long Snapper and a kicker would put them in National contention!
      hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
      fit Un!
