USC Morning Buzz: Adoree Jackson Update

ADOREE

Serra wide receiver Adoree Jackson is scheduled to make his college announcement next Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. from the school gym on ESPNU. So where will he end up?

Jackson’s done a great job keeping his intentions hidden. A college coach no longer under consideration for Jackson said Monday that one story going around is that Jackson’s father wants him to go to Tennessee. And yet some analysts project him to go to USC.

The next week should be interesting because he is the game-changer of the 2014 recruiting class for whoever gets him.

USC v. UCLA: Adoree Jackson Edition

USC coach Steve Sarkisian and some assistants were at Serra High School. So was the UCLA coaching staff. All to recruit Adoree Jackson. Unfortunately, the coaches did not run into each other.

Otherwise we could have had a replay on the 2000 incident involving Ed Orgeron and a UCLA assistant at Valencia High School where Orgeron considered throwing a punch after being asked why he was wasting his time recruiting after Paul Jackett was fired.
