USC Morning Buzz: One-Time Target Tee Shepard To Mississippi State

Junior-college cornerback Tee Shepard, who has been recruited by USC, announced this morning he would go to Mississippi State. He committed to Notre Dame in high school, then Mississippi State which is not far from Holmes Community College. But USC’s been in the mix for the Fresno native because it wants cornerbacks.
