Pete Carroll On NCAA Sanctions

Former USC coach Pete Carroll spoke to the media after his public speaking engagement at Bovard Auditorium. Asked about NCAA sanctions, Carroll said, “They tried to make it out like it was something else. They made a terrible error.”

Little Petey Pom-Pom didn’t know squat; SUCC didn’t know or do squat; the NCAA made it all up because the NCAA is envious and extremely jealous of SUCC’s mediocre reputation. SUCC fans and Petey sound like O J and 95% of prisoners incarcerated in the Ca penal system – I didn’t do nothing; I’ve been framed.

Not all of us are Pete Carroll fans. I think PC is a coward and I’m not sure how he has the balls to show face and absolve himself of any blame when he ran as soon as he knew the hammer was battering.

Right. I’m sure Paul Allen would wait another year so Pete could satisfy morons like you.

BTW, posting at 1AM? What a joke.

At least he didn’t hide behind Nellie Belle’s skirt like Woodie.

    How about testifying under oath?

    • Joseph B. Lowe

      Right after Woodie.

The only error the NCAA made was not going far enough. My guess is the corruption went deeper, lasted longer and is still going on to this day. How else do you explain the string of Carroll cronies following, what I believe is his secret dismissal by the NCAA? Kinda like when MJ “retired” the first time. Perhaps the event was not publicized because the school is prevented from promoting that coach. This totally warrants further investigation by Mr. Wolf. I think he may have stumbled onto a much bigger conspiracy and cover up.

  • As usual an incomplete, confusing comment! What was the “error”?? Is he trying to say the sanctions were too severe?? Who knows? It’s just more really cool stuff!

betomas has it right – many of us are not at all comfortable with the way PC left w.o. going through one season with the penalty attached.

As for the bel-airians problem also is that PC thought woodie was a genius. Problem with woodie is that woodie never played the man – ever. No he ‘tsk tsk’ his way out of any mess – the most corrupt program in the history of mens athletics – ucla

Right, just because Charley says so.
