USC Basketball Coach Andy Enfield Can’t Win With Real Estate Either

USC basketball coach Andy Enfield recently sold his house in Fort Myers, Fla., at a loss of $127,500, according to TMZ.com. The house sold last month for $597,000. Don’t feel bad for Enfield. He is building a new house in Manhattan Beach that probably won’t rival Lane Kiffin’s gaudy mansion but will be worth more than $725,000.

  1. Scott, are you going to have to move your double-wide when construction starts?

  2. $725,000 in Manhattan Beach will buy you a shack. Where did you get that figure Scott?

    • ,,,and it will be East of Sepulveda where some T-shirts claim that there is no life.

  3. let us see, rather than cover sports or write something interesting about an athlete, Wolf is more concerned with Kiffin and now Enfield and their respective Real Estate transactions. Sad…..
