Steve Sarkisian: Depth Is Better

USC coach Steve Sarkisian said he does not see depth as a major issue despite constant concerns following NCAA sanctions: “Ultimately, as we move to the fall and get all of our injured players back, we’ll see a team that has better depth than people believe.”

  1. The depth is better due to more focused recruiting the last 3 years brought on by the sanctions. Of course injuries could put a dent in the depth very easily.

  2. Sark is an upbeat guy.

To me, it’s premature to evaluate depth issues. Spring practice will enable assessment of the resources. In addition, the injuries between now and Fall, and the player-by-player recuperation rates will be important.

    We’ll see…

  3. I’ll like the depth better in 2015 when SC has 85 schollies and not 75

    • I miss that guy…You know….The Hard Blowin’ Samoan who liked to claim…”Our 75 are better than your 85″. How’d that work out the last two years?
      fit Un!

      • YET.. bRUINS have not been able to accomplish anything while USC was on sanctions..
