Stafon Johnson, Patrick Turner Among Those Returning To USC For Degree

Quite a few former USC players are back and getting their degrees. Among those are Stafon Johnson, Patrick Turner, Shaun Cody and Chauncey Washington. Former USC players Darnell Bing and Justin Fargas already obtained their degrees.

Bing, who attended Saturday’s football practice, has encouraged his former teammates to return to school and obtain their degree.

    • That was my first thought. He also bolted to the NFL after a year of free medical treatment. I don’t think it went anywhere

      • Every player on scholarship is given free tuition to return to school if they do not finish. Every scholarship school does it for every scholarship sport.

  1. It’s like a who’s who of NFL washouts. Good luck with that JC level degree.

    • Current NFL Players: USC (40); UCLA (22)

U.S. News College Rankings: USC (23); UCLA (23)

      Keep trying, Troll.

      • bRUINS do not like facts.. So please do not use them.. unless its in the last two years.. Everything before that did not happen.. HA!

      • Even if the numbers were true, it is better to have 22 players starring versus 40 busts!

        • Define “bust”. Does your definition include the reigning Super Bowl MVP?

          Nice try, troll.

  2. Good for them. We should support guys from all schools who return to complete their degrees.

  3. They would have gotten their degree if they hadn’t spent all their time at LA Trade Tech, mastering Spanish without attending. The current batch should try to get their degree since none of them will be playing after college, unless it is to be the water boy!

    Bust On!
