Heritage Hall Night Highlight

WILD.BUNCH

The Wild Bunch casts a giant shadow upon Heritage Hall nightly. This is the kind of stuff that makes a visit to USC special.

  1. Tripping the light fantastic at Hubris Hall, while SUCC’s band does three hours of SUCC’s annoying fight on refrain.

  2. Waiting for annual question: will this year’s Defense be the Wild Bunch II???

Alas and alack, they usually turn out to be another Mild Bunch.

    (chortle)

    • Is this a typical example of the type of mild mannered comment you will be putting up in the post faux era?

      • i was going for Cute.

look, when i’m aaaall outta bubble gum, you’ll KNOW it. but no matter whether i’m being cute, charming, profound or hilarious, it will always be done in a way that jibes with the Cadre’s reputation as “the Gentlepersons of the Internets”…

  3. Charelen Bucket and Bangkok boy, err. Mai Tai Mex, at ucla there ought to be statue of wooden behind bars with all of the graft and cheating he did. Oh, you could do that with Henely.

      • yeah, i got too annoyed by the confusion my DMV comments garnered.

by the way a trOXan buddy of mine claims your virtuoso Rawhide parody song “saved the blog”.

i suppose that is rather like being credited with having saved Hannibal Lecter’s life on the operating table. congrats…???

        • Then it looks like my work here is done. [rides off into sunset]

The comments section on this blog has had its ups and downs, but I think the only thing that would truly kill the shenanigans would be a Facebook-only comment system.

BTW, with the Disqus “one email address, one user name” rule, how many email addresses did you create to register all those faux handles, plus your various other ones? I miss the old days when we could have as many as we wished without going to such lengths.

  4. wow, 2nd time in a week Scott has said something positive without a snarky dig at SC!

  5. Ok, that was funny Wolfie. Reminds me of the Electronic Football game pieces. Pops never would have had a chance w/the Wild Bunch in my lineup!
