USC Morning Buzz: The Importance Of Beating Notre Dame And UCLA

USC won 10 games last season but was the season successful with losses to archrivals Notre Dame and UCLA? The Trojans are 0-4 against the archrivals the past two seasons.

“It’s tough to think 10 wins is a good season when we didn’t reach our goal,” quarterback Cody Kessler said.

  1. you Dummies MIGHT have a chance against the Rudys at home….IF Sark reads the wolfman’s posts!!!

there is true wisdom and football genius there for any coach to use, but the big question is: is this something Sark will be able to comprehend??

    probably, no.

  2. Clearly NOT a success. Great improvement over what it would have been had KIff stuck around, but you can’t be a success without beating Bruins/Domers. Nothing controversial here. Move on.

  3. Losing to the irish made last season a total failure, especailly after SC knocked Tommy R out of the game. Just a terrible terrible loss. The 2010 loss to a terrible ND team was also am joke. SC/Kiff wasted two golden chances to get wins over bad irish teams.
