  1. UW gets CP, ranked #1, and USC gets stuck with a hack at #7. Ask most USC alums who they would rather have. The answer: Chris Peterson.

    • Peterson doesn’t dig the big pond. Not every hitter wants to play for the Yankees. More power to the guy – he knows his limitations.

    • Whoa Nellie speak for yourself Sark will win conference titles your beloved CP will be perennial also ran
      Troll on!!

      • with the talent the guy has to work with? Should be #1. And the fact that they have Shaw behind Peterson is a joke.

  2. The key lines, “Now Sarkisian moves to a top five job with the best recruiting base in the nation. Now he’s expected to win big”. No excuses for Sark. Let’s hope he’s the right man for the job, Peterson was not.

  3. Yes, Chris Peterson really out coached Sark when Boise St. lost 38-6, failed to score a TD, never led and gave up almost 600 yards of offense. He obviously had his team ready to go in the season opener.

Pretty dubious list, especially when you consider that Mike Leach is #3 with a 7-16 record against D1 teams. That said, it is still a wonderful way to celebrate cut and paste season. You would think that Wolf could make his own list, but that might take time.
