A Spring Game Afterthought

If you attended the spring scrimmage at the Coliseum and thought the performances were ugly, you were probably right. Then again, almost every spring game is ugly. Carson Palmer passed for 104 yards in the 2002 spring game. It’s usually an offensive struggle.

  1. it’s a struggle to read between the lines with each one of these posts – I believe it called a “defensive struggle” when no points are scored – the only thing that’s offensive around here besides the lack of journalistic substance, is the smell of Ruins – since they all pooped their pants! :)))

  2. Thank you for your keen insight, Coach Wolf……I attended the spring scrimmage last weekend and I admit that it was a little tedious to watch, at times…… but the defense looked strong despite missing several key players, such as Leonard Williams, Josh Shaw, Lamar Dawson and Su’a Cravens……remember, we had 23 injured players who could not suit up for the scrimmage….almost half who are projected starters….it’s a process, Wolf, and the team is making progress…

    • Excuses, excuses, excuses, SUCCsters never run out excuses for their FB team’s underwhelming performance. Why not admit the SUCC FB program has a lot of improving to do before the 2014 season, or finish the Pac12 season, in or close to, the bottom of the south conf. standings.

  3. If you attend this Blog and think these post are irrelevant and ugly.. You are probably right! If not for the inside USC comments I get on here, I would go hang out, with my Wang out, on the Inside Sulca Blog..
