USC announced it would award six honorary degrees next month at graduation and one of them is athletics donor Wayne Hughes, the founder of Public Storage. It would be hard to find someone else who donated more to the athletic dept. over the years than Hughes. He gave money for the McKay Center and donated at least $5 million toward the Galen Center.
