Caesarhawks Increase USC Ties

Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll hired former USC tailback Chad Morton as assistant special teams coach. Morton held a similar job with Green Bay. Carroll also promoted his son, Nate, to assistant wide receivers coach.

These convoluted titles make Morton and the younger Carroll sound like Mark Ratner (above) from the movie, “Fast Times at Ridgemont High.” Ratner held the title, “assistant to the assistant manager of the movie theater.”

  1. I wonder if assistant to the assistant manager is higher than hack beat reporter?

  2. Always something to whine about in the world of Wolf.

What’s even sadder is how far he digs to find something so trivial to complain about.

  3. Scott Wolf, you have never been and never will be funny. Just stick to reporting information. Every now and then (perhaps a few times a month) you actually post information that is worth reading. But humor is not your thing.

      • Don’t take it so personal! Wolf, if you had thicker skin, you’d be an entirely different reporter. Instead, you choose to always be b*tthurt and post here with your screen name as a “UCLA fan.”

        • the fact your comment is so WAY OFF the mark makes it unintentionally funny.

if the wolfman had a thin skin, he would simply ban all the Dummies who sling their juvenile insults at him!!

while the wolfman is in sync with the Cadre, the wolfman is above the Dummies, over them, beyond them. Dummies are Them. wolfman is Us. we are Cadre.

          • I don’t know where this blog would be without your fictitious character! LOL

THICK skin??? We’re not talking foreskin here, buddy. If you were thick-skinned, you wouldn’t be crying about Kiffin and Carroll and whoever hurt your feelings.

I know — there’s a long list: mater dei players, song girls, etc. You keep way too many grudges.

          • UH-OH!!! Spagehtti-O!! your above “comment” was DELETED!!!

AND, i am flagging your last comment as well!!

time to CLEAN UP this joint!!!

and the Cadre is the BROOM!!!

          • Oh yes….your skin is so thick, you can’t even handle responses!! Go ahead and flag away.

How ironic. I troll can dish it out for almost 10 years and the second someone gets back at him, he gets his panties in a bunch!

          • The joint is getting cleaned up, at least TWO of your posts were DELETED. Hahahahahahahahaha

          • if you look closer, you’ll see those were comments by “gary klien” that i flagged!!

i did have a post deleted, presumably for mentioning Donald Sterling…..i didn’t know he was a sacred cow around here….does he own the DN too??

          • Try “USC Pairs’ Team Wins Volleyball Title” moron. TWICE! Hahahahahaha

          • You’re long overdue for a good a** whipping. I would be first in line to give you one!

          • What do you call a person who has trolled this blog for 10 years under multiple usernames?

    • What wasn’t funny was when Spaulding was an assistant coach for us. Embarrassing yes, funny no.

  4. At least Pete is making hires better than the LA Daily News has done.
You’re jealousy, Scott, is really getting out of hand. You should either try and better yourself or shut up.

  5. I have always wanted to see that old movie, which got rave reviews.

And the line Wolfie quoted is kind of funny

Between the Ugly Bucket/Thigh Mix’s hypocritical lordly praise of Wolf, and the low-brow criticism from others, it would seem Wolfie’s expertise, such as it is, falls somewhere in between.

    • check out LJ, trashing his fellow Dummies!!

      HAWR-HAWR!!!!

at least LJ has the guts to call the “low brow” Dummies what they are!!!

love the brutal honesty!! Cadre-like behavior from a Nattering Nabob!!

  6. I wonder why USC fans’ comments are deleted, while crude UCLA fans’ comments remain?

  7. Does that mean that the Seahawks pump up music will be Side 2 of Led Zeppelin 2 and they won’t go all the way any more? That has been Southern Cal’s legacy for the last 10 years!!
