Montague Kiffin Is `Fired Up’

He is no longer the Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator but Montague Kiffin said he was “fired up” to be part of the coaching staff.

“I’m really fired up,” Kiffin said after the first day of rookie minicamp. “I’m not down one bit. I’m really not. I can’t coach that way. I wouldn’t stay here. If I didn’t feel right, I knew I wasn’t going to contribute and it wasn’t going to be a good situation, I promise you I would have moved on. I like it here.”

If you made $1.9 million per year, you would probably be fired up too.

  1. I believe it was Vince Lombardi who said that no matter how much you paid a player, the only thing that would keep him going when he was bleeding from the mouth and out of gas in the fourth quarter, was his character.

Besides, Wolfie, do you think it is only money that motivates these people who have $10 million or more in assets?

  2. Has anyone besides me talked to Wolfie in person?

I wonder if he know he has halitosis. Had to hold my breath the rest of the conversation.

      • Unfortunately for people with halitosis like Scott, toothpaste and the strongest mouthwash on earth won’t work because it’s a stink deep down.

          • If I recall correctly, I believe that it had to do with the halitosis of a particular aging, balding blogger with protruding belly…..

          • Funny how some people find pointing out bad breath more offensive than kicking someone in the stones.

          • I guess the truth hurts……I hope that the “moderator” gets a nice Christmas bonus this year…..

          • This blog is getting worse and worse. Beavis and Butthead from Westwood high can say just about anything and a comment about halitosis gets wiped?

          • Of course it’s offensive — to the person who has it. No troll would care about it, so Scottie himself saw it when posting and had it taken down.

      • Man.. Wolfie got really ticked with that post. Probably doing the hand-over-mouth smell test right now. Look at his post down below.

      • The comment about Scottie having halitosis was deleted, so it must be a long term thing that he’s sensitive about.

    • Is that why marvgoux/gotroy22 is attracted to him? As the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together…

  3. I guess Scott can’t afford ESPN.

Former USC guard Byron Wesley is heading to Gonzaga for his final season and will be able to play immediately.

The 6-foot-5 transfer, who led the Trojans in scoring last season, told ESPN that he has opted to play for Mark Few and Gonzaga over Oklahoma State and Pittsburgh.

  4. Another day, another Pity Party hosted by Dummies and Nattering Naboobs!!!

Of course when the wolfman has a live chat the same cowards are too chicken to say anything directly to the wolfman!!

And you Dummies WONDER why people say trOXans got no GUTS!!

Gutless IS as gutless DOES!!! and that’s all I have to say about that.

    • Please refrain from using foul language. This is your last warning before I have you removed from this blog. Your foul language is that of a 5 year old or a very educationally inferior indvidual. Or both.

      • Chucker…..I guess this knucklehead (jc) “likes” chickens, the same way some people, “like” Sheep….Why else would he accuse you of using “fowl language”….That’s just plain “QUEER” if you ask me….
        fit Un!!

    • You’re never on Scott’s chat. I always sign in as you. I feel so dirty.

  5. Which ‘team’ is Scoot alleging Monty Kiffin was speaking about? DAL or USC? The first sentence states he’s (Kiffin) no longer the DAL DC but goes onto say he’s fired up at the ‘mini-camp’ and then makes note of his (M. Kiffin) $1.9 salary – wasn’t that what he was paid at USC?

Is M. Kiffin now a ‘DC’ emeritus with AL Crimson Tide?

Bluntly what was the logic of this blog?
