        • We also play in 3 fewer sports than UCLA. If you compare the sports USC and UCLA both play in USC has more NC’s. UCLA owes their lead to women’s softball and gymnastics. Not to mention the 11 football National Championships which are not counted.
Overall USC is the #1 athletic department in the Country.

          • I think you missed the point – the point was USC doesn’t have a team in those sports, which helps explain the difference in NC’s.
Overall we are splitting hairs – the 2 AD’s have enjoyed a similar amount of success.

          • Oh wow 3 extra sports? Yet there are still all the other universities across the country we had to beat to win Nattys! Lame argument JT…

          • NOBs doesn’t count women. He only let’s his fingers impersonate them.

          • Pow Pow. Got ya. BOOM! Another grenade. This is fun playing Army with you. BOOM! Pow Pow Pow.

          • Sargent Sissy Man, pull up your battlefield skirt when you toss grenades…LoL

          • Wow. You’re right. I just looked and have only 9! Can you check with the family for my missing one?

          • Not when you get dominated and humiliated by your rivals two years in a row!

          • Jim Mora doesnt give a Ratz A?? about that heez 2-0 against University of Sanctioned Cheaters pal!

          • If your constantly looking at HISTORY, how are you gonna b ready for the present as well as the future??? UCLA Football is taking over get used to it We Run Los Angeles…

          • UCLA Running Los Angeles for two years now and counting…funny that a skirt wearing trogan is talking about squatting…LMAO

          • That’s no excuse. We have a $3.5 billion endowment and we can’t afford a softball team?

          • that is a good point….Stanford fields teams in just about every sport. what’s THEIR secret??? you’d think a humble but lovable Public School would be LESS able to field more teams.

          • No place on campus to build a field. Maybe with the take over of the Coli and the demo of the Sports Arena the can place a facility there.

          • Thank you very much. If it wasn’t for women’s softball ucla would be below USC. And as you mentioned, for some strange reason, football does not count. Suck it succ.

          • Womens UCLA sports have won 39 championships…Men and women attend universities, so whats your point mike

          • im “replying” to you and Sargent Sissy Man…and JT too he s actually pretty cool for a trogan though.

          • BFD. I only care about men’s athletics thank you Eddie. What’s your point diqhead?

          • Point is men and women attend the school and gain an education and play sports etc. Therefore whenever ANY sports program achieves great things ( for instance a National Championship) it should and does matter. Got it diqbreath?

        • I forgot to mention UCLA is a fantastic school with a great athletic department. I get caught up in the rivalry like everyone else but I think it’s time we all agree we are blessed to be a part of either school.
Both USC and UCLA are absolutely incredible institutions, we as fans should mirror this fact and show more respect towards each other. Fight On!!

          • UCLA is a fine school but why do some of its fans spend so much of their time and energy posting on USC related websites?

          • It goes both ways Jethro…ask NOBSisdaMAN aka Sargent Sissy Man the same question he is all over Inside UCLA articles throwing grenades…

          • Not an ASU fan Jethy but House was a great shooter fashow…House has been my nickname since elementary school…Big Bad Bruins Run Los Angeles

          • Couldn’t have said it better myself, JT. I come from a family that has both Bruins and Trojans. Went to a lot of SC games with my Trojan uncle growing up. He is a great guy that has done a lot in our community. We loved razzing each other all the time as well. Unfortunately, he now suffers from Alzheimer’s and I miss those times greatly.

          • Nice attitude JT but the Big Bad Bruins Run Los Angeles now…Woo-sahhh

    • And they are still 11 National Championships behind the Big Bad Bruins!

  1. So….So Cal is kind of like the TRINITY COLLEGE of the West Coast???
No wonder you guys are all arrogant.

  2. Can the moderator please clarify what is offensive, inappropriate etc and then have a consistent standard applied?

    • This is what I was told the other day by the moderator:

Yes, “personal attacks” can be a subjective term, but we also try to work toward a level of consistency in how we go about moderation, and will sometimes seek a second opinion on borderline cases.

Regardless, throughout that process, we are trying to keep the conversation focused on the posts — or at least upon the blog’s general topic. We are also trying to maintain the blog as an open forum. Personal attacks among commenters on the blog can sometimes prevent other readers from weighing in. In that case, everyone loses.

      Thanks for reading.

      • Thanks Bleauz. Then there is plenty of content that does not remain consistent with the post. It seems trolls can attack others but if we want to comment on SW, who likely is backing the troll posts, the post is immediately blocked (he used to way back in the day post under Munro and tout Man United).
Why is some trash talking allowed and other not (even when its not profane)? I like living in a nation of laws and not men. This is a private post but really, even children know when treatment is dished out fairly and responsibly.

      • BTW….Gina has been invited to join the Cadre Executive advisory committee…We think she’d be a fine addition to our respected staff of influential men and women.
I suppose we do discriminate…a little anyway…There’s not a single KNUCKLEHEAD on our staff!

  3. I will take SC’s 11 unofficial football national championships over 100 or 200 championships in other sports.

    • Not in football or basketball but go ahead and enjoy this G String Man

  4. Now let’s all join hands and summon the spirit of Munro… Are you there Munro? Maybe if I antagonize you about the fact that Manchester United didn’t even qualify for UEFA this year you might respond. Calling the sprit of Munro, are you there?

  5. The number 100 is relevant for another reason. ….100 more days till the college football season begins!
