  1. I hope Leonard has an absolutely monster year in 2014. Really like this kid…

      • Think about it. UCLA won the South because USC was on probation. AND LOST. Then they won, USC still on probation. AND THEY LOST. I give UGLY props for beating USC twice…..congrats. And they all go crazy in west hollyweird thinking they “own” LA. No props. Take away Hundley and UCLA is Oregon State.

        • LOL. Pete’s gone. Don’t let his amazing run taint what’s otherwise been a very average football program since 1990.

          • You have a point for sure. But Pete was still the coach, and part of USC history now, so his “run” cannot be overlooked. Its part of USC history. And I am still going to stick with my prediction. This team has a ton of talent.

  2. It would be a shame if either of these fine young men got injured…
    fit Un!

    • Dude, is “fit Un!” dementia related?

Ten years and still counting, beyond pathetic!

      • TrojanFan3.0….we all know Charlie and Thai are idiots. They live on this board. Why? No clue. Let them post I say. They just reveal their troll ways.

          • C-Buck….I don’t take unprovoked cheap shots…you should know me better than that….your alter ego, Tampax, started all of this with his inflammatory comment….so what else is in your files?……a family recipe for Haggis, perhaps?

          • ThaiMex’s comments were taken OUT OF CONTEXT!!
as for our files, the Cadre maintains dossiers on thousands of readers of wolfman’s blog. we cover habits, tendencies, financials, medical history, criminal and school records.

          • “… thousands of readers of wolfman’s blog….”????… you’re lucky if there are even dozens of readers of this cesspool of a blog….

    • Typical ruin trash Mai Tai Mix. That is a disgusting thing to wish in a round about way. You ruin fans are worse than trash.

    • Yesterday or the day before (does it really matter?) he cut and posted a picture of LK from ESPN. Its that quality that is just awesome!

    • Golly-Nerd is getting psyched for the “When Nerds Attack” Comic Con Convention in San Diego.

  3. So one stud on each side of the ball. SC still needs more to be a consistent winner.

    • They’re still developing…..slowly but surely…safeties are solid..possibly the best in the Pac-12…..D-Line will be dominant and wreak havoc on the opposing QB’s…..Pullard’s leadership will help to stabilize the group of LB’s….TE’s are good, but we lack depth…..group RB’s could be the best in the Pac-12, if they can stay healthy and don’t mind sharing the rock…OL and the corners will be our biggest areas of concern, mainly due to lack of experience…. the talent is there, though…

      • I hope you are right. Pete’s great defenses were even better because they often played with a lead and the threat of an explosive offense. Every level of the D looks better playing against a one-dimensional offense. If Kessler and company can show something and keep the pressure on, the D will be better than last year. If instead we get the USC offense from the second half of last year’s Notre Dame game, eventually every hole/inexperience in the D will be exposed.

        • I hope that I’m right, too..I agree with your assessment of Pete and his “formula” for success…..our defense should be even better than last year, especially since we will be using more than only 12 players, as we did the last part of 2013… by the 4th quarter, they were completely wiped out, unless the offense was able to sustain a prolonged, clock draining, drive or two ….before he was injured early last season, Justin Davis showed glimpses of being the high speed RB threat with another gear that we have lacked since the Carroll years…Our predictable offense lacked any imagination during the first half of last year, as well…And remember, over 20 players did not fully participate in Spring practice, so between them returning and the incoming freshman, there is a lot more work that needs to be done before we can fully integrate the pieces of the puzzle together…..

  4. USC will continue to add to its record for NFL first rounders and overall draftees. UCLA will continue to add to the working pool for janitors HAHAHAHAHA
