USC Hurdler Aleec Harris Honored

aleecUSC hurdler Aleec Harris was named the West Region’s male track athlete of the year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Assn. Harris broke the Pac-12 record in the 110-meter high hurdles with a time of 13.18, breaking UCLA hurdler Greg Foster’s 36-year-old record. USC women’s coach Caryl Smith-Gilbert was named the women’s West Region coach of the year.

  1. Greg Foster was the man, back in the day. …..won the silver medal in the 110 meter hurdles at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles
