Galen Center Protest

PLAY.FAIR.2

This sign outside the Galen Center was placed by the broadcast technicians protesting the wages being paid by the Pac-12 Network. Imagine how they must feel knowing Larry Scott made $3.3 million in 2012 or that Pac-12 Nets had $81 million in income last year.

  1. So?
Kobe gets $24 million and the Staples ushers get probably $12 on a good day
And teachers command 50K, the same as the police and firemen.
    Life ain’t fair. Period.

    • Are you kidding me? Police and firemen? Ever seen the drain on the City of LA that LAFD imposes? Riordan tried almost 30 yrs. ago to reduce the fire – he stated that over 70% of all bldgs. in the County of LA alone will not burn – now all those worthless lazy shills do is run interference for ambulances – their salaries are immoral and their pensions unconscionable

  2. Here’s a novel concept: if you don’t like your wages, find another job, obtain more skills, or get out of your comfort zone?

  3. Question: Digital First Media, who own Los Angeles Daily News, make approximately $1.4 Billion in annual revenues, with approximately 10,000 employees, operate more than 800 digital and online products in 18 states serving more than 67 million customers per month…..So tell us…how much does CEO, John Paton, deserve to make, Scottie?……What is deemed to be fair versus unfair. Wolfie?
