Germany 7, Brazil 1

Who saw this coming? Brazil is humiliated, losing its first competitive home match since 1975, a span of 62 games. The classy Miroslav Klose (right) scored to become the all-time scoring leader in World Cup history. Can the Germans keep this level of play going in the final against Argentina or the Netherlands?

  1. Wolfie is a frustrated, closet futbol writer…….using words such as “valiant”, “plaudits”, “classy”…..words which he would probably never use when writing about American football……what?…No Baby Pele?……

  2. Real question is how many fake injuries will Germany and its final opponent foist upon the soccer world in hopes of gaining the winning advantage. They should call it the Flop Cup.
