USC defensive end Jimmy Gunn was an All-American in 1969 and became part of the “Wild Bunch” defensive line. He played six seasons with the Chicago Bears before he retired in 1976 and is a member of the USC Hall of Fame.

  1. My mother was a “red skirt” senior and shared a class with Jimmy that year. She describes him as being an awesome young man who was an absolute gentleman.
