USC coach Steve Sarkisian said he did not have much interest in today’s AP poll.
“It’s totally irrelevant,” Sarkisian said. “I’ve never talked to them once about it. I’m not even sure what the polls are for. People love looking at them but for our day-to-day activities it’s irrelevant.”
Ironically, Sarkisian votes in the coaches’ poll. He said he thought USC was around 10th on his ballot.
Sark/SUCC votes SUCC 10th in AP poll but SUCC winds up 15th, but then Sark is quoted later that polls are “irrelevent.” So SUCCsters, “Who’s on first” at SUCC – Manny, Moe or Curly Joe.
