Former USC coach John Robinson’s six championship rings sold for $22,385 at auction last night. The most-expensive ring was a 1972 national championship ring from when Robinson was an assistant coach that went for $5,317. You can view the rings and their individual prices beginning here
And stil we ask – why? Is Robinson in need of money or was this for charity?
And why no report about Pat Haden being hospitalized twice in the last couple of days?
It was reported on the CBS golf telecast this afternoon but not yet here on the place that calls itself Inside USC.
Is something wrong with this scenario?
Gosh, John, if you needed the money, $22,000 will not go very far, and you just gave up heirlooms your family would have enjoyed for generations
Maybe he is hard up for money. Who knows.
Sweeet Scoopin’, wolfman!!!
