Josh Shaw’s History

SHAW.SEHORN

Before today, Josh Shaw’s reputation was impressive. Last weekend, he was elected a team captain at USC. He delivered a commencement address to his fellow athletes last May when he graduated. During the summer, he completed an internship at the large real-estate firm CBRE by winning a group project with two other interns.

“It was more gratifying than any accolade I ever received, sports included,” Shaw said during training camp. “It showed that I’m more than an athletes. It’s a Fortune 500 company and there were some pretty big dogs listening to our presentation.”

  2. I know you’re not a lawyer Scottie, but here in the US a person is innocent until proven guilty. Nothing has been shown to discredit Josh Shaw’s reputation yet.

    • You must not be a lawyer either – that’s a rule of jurisprudence, not public discussion! Dummy on!

    • While this is not a court of law, I agree with Helen’s sentiments(did I just say that?)
This is a young man’s reputation. I would rather hail him as a hero a little too long, than falsely condemn him as a hack. Remember Richard Jewell, who found the bombs at the Atlanta Olymipics, only to be be accused of being a terrorist? This might be the same.
I believe the truth will come out soon. Until then, I believe we should take him at his word.

  3. Wuh-oh. First we had prima donna Cravens whining during camp, now we have Shawgate…even before the first ball is snapped! Add these off-field shennanigans to the fact that the SC OL is already paper thin from injuries and it really does not bode well for the Trojans as they begin season play. Across town, however, the Bruins are in perfect form, with ZERO major injuries and ZERO off-field prima donnas or players in trouble…Onward, Siete!

    • How does this have to do with the O-line? Our secondary will be fine, the next guy will step up. Has Myles Jack been punching anymore teammates lately?

    • Will your center be able to hold up with his injured MCL?….And the back up center is still recovering from a concussion? .. . Lucky you’re only playing Virginia. …

  4. I think I figured it out, I dont think the gf called cops, a neighbor did – its like this – sc student housing, he needed his jockstrap for practice, doesnt have a key and she’s at class, and he looks like a ghetto rat trying to break into student housing – mistaken identity, and he fled beause some crazy white bitch was screaming “OMG theres a negro climbing into Becky’s apartment” and he wanted to avoid any embarassment by telling a story of his valor from last summer, but now he’s in DEEP cuz that was last summer – case closed, let’s focus on Fresno!!! Can’t wait to see Hawkins and Adoree and Lockett – Shaw will be back! Manti Teo lived, so can Shaw!

  5. I think he dove into an imaginary pool to save Manti’s girlfriend. Might end up being a hero and get his Shaw shank redemption.

  6. What was that song from the 80’s? “The Freaks Come out at Night?” Well, that applies here, but its not just at night. The “freaks” aka TROLLS are here day AND night. Instead of being positive and being happy that UGLY actually has a good team, and posting on UGLY’s site, they come here and continue to post negativity like their lives depend on it. You know TROLLS, you give good Bruin fans a bad name.
