  1. “ABC’s USC-Stanford does 4.6 overnight rating, day’s highest CFB game on TV & ABC’s highest CFB at 3:30pm since 2012” ….Scottie, since you slammed the TV ratings of last weekends game, how about some love for yesterday’s game?

  2. If Haden being on the field during yesterday’s game was a problem, why didn’t the refs throw a penalty flag?

    • Because they became discombobulated as they thought he was just a wanna-be streaker and would be dealt with via Security. Besides, you wouldn’t want to disrupt the ref who was in the process of blowing his nose with his flag…musta’ done a lot of that as they didn’t seem to be paying a lot of attention to the game…but moreso than ‘glasses ref’ ever did.

  3. Actually the picture of the day was in this morning’s L.A. Times showing the same Heidari, but this time shouting out a primal winning scream. He has had his down moments in his SC career, so let him enjoy this wonderful triumph

Haden going down on the field is a non-issue. All the “Final-4” committee members are alums at various colleges i.e. Rice is from Stanford, so everybody is biased towards their college. Besides, with Haden’s failing health he’d be better off not being on that committee.

What was more worrisome was Sark’s behavior. It looked as if he was dropping “F-bombs” on the refs, totally out of control. I hope he is embarrassed to the point that he’ll never visit that state of mind again. At least on national t.v.

    • I have to agree with you…and credit to Heidari: that was no easy kick and he killed it. The kid deserves to be able to celebrate after his many travails.

    • I was surprised too.

It gives some credit to Anthony Brown’s claims that Sark talked to him in a way that was degrading and humiliating.

    • Heidari’s career at SC is the definition of FIGHT ON! What ever you do in life, just keep Fight’n you’ll have some failures but also succeed. Hope Haden is on the mend whatever is going on, couldn’t be so bad if he went to the game. Sark has passion and isn’t afraid to show it. Great to be a Trojan.

    • Rest assured, PH will tell him it was a no-no…something that several of our past basketball coaches never learned even though each time that coach got a T, we lost.

  4. MIssed opportunity, Wolf: You should have also posted the next set of photos where a Pentecostal preacher lays his hand on the kicker, making him fall backward onto the field, as he praises the lord in esoteric tongues.

  5. Note from LA Daily News: We wanted to post a photo of Scott Wolf as he was filling out his AP Top 25 ballot for Week 2, but our policy prohibit’s pictures of sh*t on the sports pages.
