USC freshmen Juju Smith and Adoree Jackson were mature enough to speak to the media after Saturday’s game while several team captains, including Cody Kessler, elected not to speak. Smith was asked today why he spoke to the media and his older teammates did not.
“That’s their business,” Smith said. “I’m mature enough to talk to the media. I’m not going to walk away.”
is it just ME? or did he just call the Captains immature “captains in Name Only” and further assert he is nothing like those losers???
the kid went a BIT overboard, but what do you expect when Siete has indoctrinated these kids with an every-man-for-himself, throw-your-player/Teammate-under-the-bus mentality??
coach against player, player against coach, player against player….wolfman, you need to save these Dummies from THEMSELVES!!!
#DeclineOfTroy
Close your eyes and pick a finger!
In Wolfies case, it’s hairless man versus food…..
More like Craptains, iamrite?
Wolf has a man crush on Smith, creeeeeepy!
In other words, he has immature team mates.
That is certainly the spin that Scottie is looking for….
Scott Wolf exhibits immaturity…constantly.
“Smith was asked today why he spoke to the media and his older teammates did not.”….. So who exactly asked this question, Scottie?… was it YOU?…. regardless, whoever asked the question, got the answer they were looking for…..Maturity, or lack thereof, is now the “hot topic” for today…..
It has nothing to do with maturity, whether one desires to talk to some sports writer or not…if one has nothing good to say,it is sometimes better to do or say nothing…not being pressured is a good sign of maturity.Nobody owes the press anything.Nobody owes fans who think they are owed…anything…period.
Wolf predictably takes a shot at Kessler for “not speaking to the media”. However, I thought that Kessler had. He explained to the media, and I assume that Wolf was present, that in light of such a crushing loss, he would rather speak about the game on Tuesday. Ok. It is Tuesday today, so Wolf ask him your questions.
Scottie not only took a shot at Kessler, but also several unnamed team captains……….
Absolutely, Yale.
What the players DO owe is to avoid being negative role models for the many kids who follow them. On that score, the captains all pass with flying colors.
Come on Tama, J. Shaw was busy.
Spare me
It is now 3-days since ASU, and only 4-days to Arizona.
In sports a team had better forget the game last weekend (win or lose) and move on quickly
Jersey, in other words, SUCC FB is leaving the pot, and jumping into a frying pan.
