  1. that high??

    CONGRATS DUMMIES!!!

everyone KNOWS the biggest event in sports is the Big Dance and the Final Four!!! and the most exciting as well!!

and while Crystal-less Yesterday U continues to hype worthless mythical titles as they spiral down the Drain of Irrelevance, the Mighty BRUINS can say WITHOUT contradiction, that WE are simply the most dominant college basketball team in the HISTORY of the WORLD!!! (while also OWNING Yesterday U in their only “major sport”)

    ahhhh, THANKS wolfman!!!

    • Careful Chuck,
You put UCLA basketball in the same paragraph as Yesterday U and people are going to get confused.

    • Hey Up chuck,
Once again I have to tell you the truth about ugly basketball. for about 30 years, Johnny “Cheatin'” Wooden did alright as a basketball coach. He usually finished around 4th to 5th in the standings. Then one day he meets Sam, “The mafia” Gilbert and they both started to buy players. At one time the payroll for the ruins was higher than the Lakers. needless to say Johnny “Cheatin'” Wooden won, err.. bouth 10 titles. As soon as Johnny “Cheatin'” Wooden retired, ugly was slapped and placed on probation. Sam Gilbert was to testify in front of a Grand Jury and he died from a heart attack. See he was going to spill his guts out on how he and Cheatin’ wooden bought all the players with money, apartments, weed, and abortions. On Johnny “Cheatin'” Wooden’s tombstone, it should have read, “On top of the pyramid sits the ultimate rule, “If you ain’t cheatin’, you ain’t tryin””. Nice try Up Chuck on your revisionist history for ugly bball.

      • you poor Dummies fail to realize that if you stop 100 people on the street and ask them who John Wooden is, 99 of them will say the greatest coach in history, IN ANY SPORT (as voted by readers AND editors of ESPN and Sporting News!!)

        HAWR-HAWR!!!

and maybe 3 weirdos in that group of 100 will know who Gilbert is, and they wont care. the
fact is the world recognizes Wooden as a saint-like figure, while only the few bitter angry trOXans with terminal inferiority complexes bother to bring Papa up!!

        so SUGARY SWEEEEET!!!

        #MorningWin

        • Keep looking through the handicap place card colors, dude. If you ask 100 people who Cheatin’ wooden is, they all would say he is a cheater. You just have to ask the correct and right people, which would be USC fans. They all would know who Sam Gilbert would be. That was way too easy. HAWR-HAWR!!!
          ugly= morons on estorgen!!
          LMAO

  2. I will take 10; it is better than 12th

And nice to see football doormat Colorado having something to cheer about.

And as usual, it is Arizona at the top. It amazes me how they can attract top Southern California talent out to that god-awful Tucson area.

  3. Low expectations this year?….. I’m fine with that……nowhere to go but up…..What happened to Oregon State?… I remember the Ralph Miller days when they had some decent teams in the 70’s and 80’s….only two losing seasons in 19 years…

  4. 2 things Scotty. Did you have a vote and if so, what was your ballot? Also, where did Lane Kiffin and LenDale White rank the Trojans?

  5. There is no reason for the Trojans to be ranked any higher then they are, because this is only year two for head coach Andy Enfield, and there is no such thing as waving a magic wand over a program to make it better. He needs a couple recruiting classes under his belt, because he sure can’t do it with the players Kevin O’Neill left him. Pat Haden allowed O’Neill to run the basketball program into the ground because he was oblivious to his lack of recruiting and coaching skills.

    • Enfield does need to beat expectations, finishing in the middle of the pack would be a good season. Year two should be showing improvement. Basketball can turn around a lot quicker than football. You’re only playing 5 guys. 2 or 3 guys can have a big impact.

      • I agree, I just said that they didn’t deserve to be ranked any higher at the beginning of this season, but come march I would hope they are in the middle of the pack.

  6. Oh how I wish our football program was as good as our basketball. Maybe someday, but with all the negativity and drama I think it is only a pipe dream.

    • My guess is your football and basketball team will finish with the same number of wins.

      • You are totally right. We cannot get out of our shady business long enough to do anything. It is really better for new recruits to look elsewhere. It is only a matter of time till the while program implodes.

  7. So USC still has a men’s varsity basketball team? I thought with Title IX it was replaced with women’s lacrosse. huh.

  8. Amazing to see knuckleheaded bruin fans mouthing off about the upcoming season. ucla will be lucky to even get to the tournament this year. They are barely relevant, but that doesn’t stop them from running their mouth. Fit the bruin mantra ” we are champions of the off season”

    • Sweet 16 last year, genius. 11 national championships. 3 Final Fours in the past decade. Look, it’s a Trojan popping off about basketball. Very sad.

  9. Wolf here is a prime idea. We are obviously not going to learn our
lesson. Maybe you need to comprise several articles on ethics. Maybe an ethical Trogan handbook that all these so called fans will be required to study. We can have a Ethical Trogan 101 mandatory class for all
    students.
